Built in 1570 A.D., Akbar Palace in Ajmer is a small but charmingly highly wrought fort that was constructed especially for Emperor Akbar who stayed here during his Ajmer tours and pilgrimages.
Akbar palace is situated back in the city, near Railway station Akbar palace is also called Museum the impressive structure of Akbar place is built into a museum in 1908.
Akbar palace opens all of the days in the week except Fridays.
Working hours of Akbar palace is 10 am to 4:30 pm on Monday the museum witness large crowd because no any type of entry charges for that days.
The fort walls include a double storied bastion enclosed by a chain of columns held jointly at the top by bends. A hefty foyer in the core of the turret leads into so many rooms, this palace was intended for the emperor and his troops whilst there stay in Ajmer. This magnificent palace serves as an ostentatious way to obtain quixotic and riotous history of Ajmer.
